No admission fee or annual membership fee is required. You can register for free.

I don't have an email address, can I join?

You must register your e-mail address to join. If you do not have an email address, you will not be able to join.

Will the Points awarded be given to the guest?

no. It will be given to those who have registered as a member (email address registration) on the official website. If you wish to give Points to the guest, please register and make a reservation by yourself.

Will Points be awarded for all bookings made through the official website?

How many member ranks do you have?

There are four.
When you register as a member, you become a regular member, and when you rank up, you become a silver member, gold member, or platinum member.

Can I guarantee the early check-in benefit?

We will give you priority only if the room is ready at the time of check-in. If you wish to guarantee early check-in in advance, an additional fee will be charged at each hotel.

Can the early check-in/late check-out benefits be used in conjunction with plans that have time restrictions?

This does not apply if you book a plan with a specified check-in/check-out time, such as a short-stay plan or late-out plan.
