First, put the noodles in a bowl and then top the noodles with your favorite toppings such as boiled vegetables, chopped green onions, boiled eggs, roasted pork, bamboo shoots, etc. For tsukemen, pour the soup into a separate bowl, and for Onomichi ramen, pour the soup over it and it's done.

Bishu Nabe is a local hotpot made with Hiroshima herb chicken and seasoned simply with sake. *The alcohol is removed by heating.
Lemon hotpot is a refreshing and healthy hotpot dish that uses Hiroshima lemons as the soup base.

"Navel bowl"
"Heso-don" is a new specialty of Higashihiroshima that originated in Toyosaka, right in the "center" of Hiroshima Prefecture.
After serving the rice, top it with stewed beef, tempura flakes, moromi miso, and chopped nori, then place an egg in the middle and drizzle with chili oil to make a "heso bowl."
Combine your favorite dishes to create your own original belly button rice bowl!

One of the most popular dishes in Hiroshima is okonomiyaki.

"Shinjo Miso" miso soup
When you think of white miso in Hiroshima, you think of Shinjo miso. We offer a variety of dishes on a daily basis, including "Dumpling Soup with Shinjo Miso," made with the "white miso" of Shinjo Miso, which is made using traditional methods to bring out the best in the ingredients, and "Kasu-jiru (soup made with koji and Shinjo white miso)," which has a rich flavor and uses koji as a secret ingredient. Both dishes are hearty and delicious.

Top with "gansu," a deep-fried kamaboko fish cake, a Hiroshima specialty, to make "gansu curry."
"Gansu" is a deep-fried kamaboko (fish cake) made from minced fish mixed with onion and chili pepper.

Saijo in Higashi Hiroshima is a sake town with seven sake breweries. We offer original suits made from sake and koji, inspired by this sake town.
Enjoy original sweets that are unique to Higashihiroshima, such as warm steamed manju in sake, red bean and koji oshiruko, and almond tofu made with Shinjo miso.
