Vessel Hotel Ishigaki Island breakfast uses Yachimun (pottery) vessels from Okinawa.
The historical Yachimun, which dates back to the Ryukyu dynasty, features patterns and colors depicting natural things.
Yaeyama soba
Yaeyama soba These noodles are made by Kinjo Noodle Factory on Ishigaki Island, the originator of round noodles, with a unique flavor, shape, and color.
Please enjoy it with your favorite toppings such as rafta, boiled tofu, arthur fish paste & mozuku fish paste.
Taco rice
Okinawa's popular "Taco Rice" The sourness of tomatoes and the sweetness of cheese.
Yushi tofu
Yushidofu is a local dish of Okinawa.
It is characterized by its fluffy, soft and rich taste.
Enjoy it with miso soup, rice porridge, and Yaeyama soba.
Rafute curry
Enjoy morning curry at Vessel Hotel Ishigaki Island's rafute curry, which contains Okinawa's local cuisine "rafute".
Ishigaki pasta
