We have created our own original Tai Ping Yen at VESSEL HOTEL KUMAMOTO AIRPORT. It's easy to make. Just put the glass noodles in the bowl and pour in the soup. Add condiments to your liking and you're ready to eat Tai Ping Yen in the morning.

Side dishes for rice
There are plenty of side dishes to go with rice, such as fried Aso kana, wakame seaweed stems from Kumamoto Prefecture, and the original rice seasoning "Gohan no Tomo."
Enjoy fresh Momiji eggs, laid by Momiji, a rare breed of pure domestic chickens, with Asahi Brand soy sauce from a soy sauce maker in Kumamoto on rice topped with raw egg!

Mustard lotus root and chikuwa salad
Kumamoto's specialty, mustard lotus root, is a local dish from Kumamoto where, as the name suggests, lotus root is stuffed with mustard.
Chikuwa salad is a staple dish from Kumamoto, made by stuffing a salad such as potato salad into a chikuwa and deep frying it.
Simply fry either in the air fryer and enjoy hot!

The original oden VESSEL HOTEL KUMAMOTO AIRPORT is miso-stewed oden made with daikon radish, konjac, and deep-fried tofu in a broth that is rich in the flavor of horse tendon.
Although it looks solid, this stewed oden has a light taste and is full of flavor.
