Okinawan tofu "Yushi tofu".
“Yushi” means “to send” in the Okinawan dialect. It is fluffy and soft with a rich soybean flavor.

Okinawan home cooking ``Chanpuru'' Chanpuru means ``mixture'' in the Okinawan dialect.
